The proposed-build 6,000 square feet Bodega at Audubon street in Northern Manhattan, was created to settle a number of standards to give bodegas owners an idea how to improve and secure the establishment at the same time to prove that is possible to create Green, efficient local shopping destination in inner-city communities.
